Bangalore can be your city if you are planning to turn your dream of buying a home into a reality. The residential market in Bangalore is expected to witness continued buyer interest as it offers plethora of choices under a wide price bracket. Quality, institutional and infrastructure development are among the top three reasons to invest in Bangalore.

According to JC Sharma, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sobha Developers, “Bangalore offers good quality houses at best prices as compared to other metros in India. With increased urbanisation, the city has seen a rise in the number of white-collar professionals and rising incomes which in turn is increasing demand for all types of residential units. The city also absorbs the highest quantum of commercial space in India and has one of the highest per capita incomes. This has opened avenues for many real estate developers to build residential properties across the city and in the suburbs.”

Apart from residential projects, the city has also witnessed large-scale institutional development. The fact that it has emerged as an educational centre is lucrative factor compelling people to invest here. “There is an emerging tribe of youngsters who work in the services sector. They usually share rental apartment in communities having the top-end amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse etc. Having flair for a good lifestyle, they aspire to live in such apartments and don’t hesitate to invest in them,” adds Sharma.

Bangalore has a sound infrastructure. Additionally, the city has a wide variety in terms of choice and price range. It gives a buyer an array of options for choosing apartments, row houses or villas in varying price ranges, informs Anil Agarwal, owner of Reliable Realtors. He adds, Bangalore’s market is stable and strong as compared to the other metros.
