Realty player Godrej Properties (GPL) has partnered with group firm Godrej Agrovet, to develop a residential township project near Sarjapur, in east Bengaluru.

The residential township project, to be built under the development management model, will be spread across 100 acres and has a developable potential of around 8,30,000 sq metres (9 million sq ft).

The location is well connected to key IT hubs, such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Outer Ring Road and Electronic City. The project will be developed as a modern residential development in multiple phases.

At present, Godrej Properties is developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across around 11.89 million sq meters in 12 cities.
